This condo has vaulted ceilings and updated finishes throughout! It is a walk-in unit with elevator access. There is one expansive King bedroom on the main level. A spacious master bedroom and bath, game room, and bunk room are on the upper level. There is beautiful wood flooring throughout the condo. This penthouse condo spoils you with a view 5 stories up! The large PRIVATE deck off the main living area is the perfect place to lounge with a lake view! The large windows allow a fantastic lake view and natural light to flow throughout this open-concept unit. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, island, and the perfect touch of comfort from the brick backsplash.
The main-level master offers a King-size bed with an en-suite bath with a large tiled/glass shower, a soaker tub, and two vanities. In the walk-in closet, you will find a bonus makeup vanity. Upstairs you will find another King bed with a desk and sliding barn doors to add some privacy. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a large glass/tile shower and double-sink vanity. You will also find a twin-size triple bunk bed on this level and an additional sleeper sofa on the main level. The living area and game room each have a TV with a DVD player and TVs in both King bedrooms. There is a full-size front-loading washer and dryer in the main-level hall laundry.
